Innovative catheter modification for engaging an anomalous right coronary artery: a case report

Manually modifying a standard guide catheter can overcome challenges in engaging anomalous right coronary arteries (RCA) during angiography. This technique enables timely revascularization when specialized catheters are unavailable.
