Summary

Systemic Immune Inflammation Index (SII) and Systemic Inflammation Response Index (SIRI) did not reliably track disease activity in psoriasis patients treated with IL-23 inhibitors. These inflammatory markers showed variable behavior, limiting their use for monitoring treatment response.
