Summary

Simultaneous Non-contrast Angiography and Intraplaque Hemorrhage (SNAP) MRI measurements of distal cerebral arterial flow (dCAF) show promise in assessing cognitive function in aging individuals. This method may help evaluate cerebrovascular health related to cognition.
