Summary

Ruptured sinus of Valsalva aneurysm (RSVA) with ventricular septal defect (VSD) can be effectively treated with minimally invasive surgery. A totally endoscopic approach through an aortotomy alone offers a feasible option for repairing these complex congenital heart defects.
