Acute retinal pigment epitheliitis is a self-limiting retinal disorder within idiopathic choroidopathies.
Characterized by small, gray macular lesions at the retinal pigment epithelium, typically resolving in 6-12 weeks.
While it can affect best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA), its impact on overall visual quality remains understudied.
