Summary

The Sampson, Martin, and Puavilai equations are most accurate for estimating low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in Ghanaians. These methods offer reliable LDL-C measurement compared to Friedewald's equation, especially across different age and lipid subgroups.
