Sex differences modulate olfactory bulb volume-function relationships but not olfactory training-induced plasticity

Olfactory training increases olfactory bulb volume and improves smell function in both sexes. However, baseline olfactory bulb size correlates with smell performance only in women, suggesting sex influences these relationships.
