Abstract:
Risk-based screening for temporomandibular joint involvement in juvenile idiopathic arthritis may identify high-risk children before overt symptoms develop. Integrating clinical risk stratification, targeted MRI, multidisciplinary management and longitudinal follow-up may shift care from symptom-triggered detection toward earlier recognition and improved dentofacial and functional outcomes in routine clinical practice.
