Effects of Surface Stability on Muscle Activation during Plank Exercise.

The dual instability plank exercise, using gymnastics rings and a Bosu ball, maximizes rectus abdominis (RA) activation. Stable surface planks are best for anterior deltoid (AD) engagement.
