Abstract:
The aim of this report is to present a clinical case demonstrating the functional and esthetic rehabilitation of a patient with an atrophic maxilla using dental and zygomatic implants simultaneously, orthognathic surgery, and without the use of graft materials and techniques. In this case, a 40-year-old male patient with severe maxillary atrophy underwent combined dental and zygomatic implant placement following Le Fort I osteotomy in 2016. After a 10-year follow-up period, no complications or complaints were observed, and follow-up is still ongoing. This case report aims to emphasize the clinical feasibility of combining dental and zygomatic implants with Le Fort I osteotomy in the management of atrophic jaws and to provide insight for future clinical management of such cases.
