Abstract:
With the deep integration of digital technology in the field of prosthodontics, complete denture restoration has entered an era of precision and personalization. Digital workflows, utilizing technologies such as intraoral scanning and computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM), have significantly enhanced the accuracy and efficiency of complete dentures. However, challenges persist in clinical application, including the lack of unified criteria for protocol selection and inaccuracies in determining technical indications. Based on clinical practice, this paper constructs a systematic clinical decision tree covering the entire process from patient assessment to denture insertion, incorporating diversified strategies for clinical workflows. Through multi-level logical branches, the decision tree guides clinical protocol selection, aiming to optimize treatment outcomes and promote the standardized application of digital restoration technology.
