Primary cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma (PC-ALCL) is a rare CD30-positive lymphoma that can mimic other skin conditions. This case report details a patient initially misdiagnosed with pyoderma gangrenosum, who later received successful treatment for PC-ALCL.
