Abstract:
Flexible transparent conductive films are widely used, but it is difficult to improve their transparency and conductivity simultaneously. Herein, silver nanowires were prepared and used to prepare flexible transparent conductive films. Iron-ion-based auxiliaries are used instead of the traditional polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as the growth control agent to prepare silver nanowires, and the growth process and structural characterization of silver nanowires are investigated. Flexible, transparent, conductive films with uniform conductivity and high adhesion are prepared using a Meyer rod coating-transfer method, which addresses the problems of uneven conductivity and poor adhesion of silver nanowires in traditional processes. These flexible, transparent, conductive films enable rapid heating and warming at lower voltages, which could be applied to flexible transparent heating devices, providing a research basis for transparent conductive films in flexible, temperature-responsive devices. The prepared analogue flexible touch screen achieves a simple press response, and the relationship between the press contact resistance and the cross-sectional area of the pressed object lays the foundation for preparing area-responsive sensors. Thus, it provides experimental and research bases for the development of flexible and transparent electronic devices and equipment, which have certain theoretical and practical significance.
