Isotretinoin and serum thyroid parameters: systematic review and meta-analysis

This study found that isotretinoin treatment for acne vulgaris causes small but significant changes in thyroid function, including increased thyroid-stimulating hormone and decreased thyroxine and triiodothyronine levels.
