Summary

Priming intermittent theta-burst stimulation (iTBS) with continuous theta-burst stimulation (cTBS) unexpectedly reduced brain connectivity. Priming with iTBS also altered prefrontal connectivity, highlighting the complex effects of TBS priming on brain function.
