Reductions in posterior tibial slope (PTS) and femorotibial posterior overhang (FTPO) after total knee arthroplasty (TKA) are linked to patellar osteosclerosis. Avoiding excessive PTS reduction and femoral anteriorization may help reduce patellofemoral joint stress.
