Pulmonary Sarcoidosis Associated With Pleural Effusion: A Case Report

Sarcoidosis-associated pleural effusion (SAPE) is rare. This case study details a young male with bilateral pleural effusion, diagnosed via EBUS-TBNA and confirmed by elevated biomarkers, who responded well to corticosteroids.
