Abstract:
Idiopathic scrotal calcinosis is a rare, benign disorder characterized by painless calcified scrotal nodules. We report a 34-year-old man with a decade-long history of progressive lesions, confirmed histologically after excision. Early surgical intervention ensures definitive diagnosis, symptom relief, and favorable cosmetic outcomes.
