Abstract
None:
Metaplastic breast carcinoma (MpBC) is a rare, aggressive breast malignancy with poorer prognosis than conventional subtypes. Predominant hematogenous spread, frequent triple-negative phenotype, chemoresistance, rarity, and poorly defined treatment protocols render MpBC a significant diagnostic and therapeutic challenge for oncologists in contemporary clinical oncology practice worldwide.
