More Impressive 18 F-FDG PET/CT Findings Than 68 Ga-DOTA-FAPI-04 in a Cervical Chordoma

This study reports a cervical chordoma case in an 81-year-old woman. The tumor showed high 18F-FDG uptake but low 68Ga-DOTA-FAPI-04 accumulation, indicating heterogeneous FAPI-PET/CT imaging in chordoma.
