Stealth transmission realized by modulation of the public signal delay
Abstract:
Presented is a stealth transmission method based on modulating public signal delay with binary amplitude modulation. The implementation of this method does not require the use of complex optical transmitting and receiving systems; only an external delay modulator or access to the public system transmitter is required. However, the modulation rate of the stealth channel must be much lower than the corresponding value for the public channel. The operation of the proposed method was verified by simulation. Error-free transmission of the stealth signal was achieved for the practically important parameters of public signal modulation. At the same time, data transmission in the public channel is only slightly disturbed.
