Abstract:
Heart failure (HF) affects 2.6 % of adults in France. Against a backdrop of increasingly complex care, the cross-sectional survey presented here-conducted between May and June 2023-analyzes the roles of three specialized profiles: nurses working under the heart failure cooperation protocol, advanced practice nurses, and telehealth nurses. The results highlight the complementary nature of their skills within the care pathways for HF patients.
