Abstract:
A rare case of multifocal subglottic-tracheal Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD) achieved sustained 48-month remission through surgical resection alone, without adjuvant therapy. This outcome suggests that surgery alone may serve as a viable alternative for select cases of multifocal airway RDD characterized by completely resectable lesions, no systemic involvement, and favorable anatomical accessibility.
