Argyria is a rare dermatological condition characterized by a bluish-gray discoloration of the skin and mucous membranes due to the deposition of silver particles. This case report describes a 48-year-old male with generalized argyria following prolonged exposure to silver utensils and cupping. The case highlights clinical presentation, dermoscopic findings, diagnostic challenges, and recent advances in the understanding and management of argyria.
