Multi-kingdom gut microbiota analysis identifies bacterial-viral association in multiple myeloma

Multiple myeloma (MM) is linked to gut microbiome changes, including bacteria and viruses. This study found distinct viral and bacterial signatures in MM patients, suggesting a role for the virome in disease progression.
