Background:

The youth mental health crisis, including suicide risk, requires innovative solutions.
Traditional systems often struggle with access and timely intervention for pediatric behavioral health emergencies.

To describe the development and implementation of an integrated crisis continuum for youth mental and behavioral health.
To evaluate the impact of this continuum on access, psychiatric boarding, and family engagement.
To present a scalable model for addressing the youth mental health crisis.
