Nanozymes with controllable inhibition modes assist primary antithyroid drug screening

Abstract:
The enzyme inhibition effect is vital in drug development. However, the high cost of enzymes becomes the main limitation. Hence, we report low-cost PtNP/NC nanozymes for screening antithyroid drugs via inhibition modes. As a concept application, a dual-channel sensor array accomplishes drug efficacy screening, laying a foundation for nanozyme-based inhibitor evaluation.
