We report a MOF-derived senary high-entropy antiperovskite carbonitride delivering exceptional oxygen evolution performance (264 mV at 10 mA cm-2). Crucially, this conductive precatalyst undergoes in situ surface reconstruction during anodic polarization, forming an active amorphous M-OOH shell that successfully triggers the highly efficient lattice oxygen-mediated (LOM) pathway.
