None:
Male congenital urethral diverticulum with huge stones is an extremely rare benign disease. The patient was a 67-year-old male with a huge stone (4.5cm × 4.3cm × 4.1cm) in his bulbourethral diverticulum. The stones in the bulbourethral diverticulum have different treatment methods due to the different size of the stones. Since the number of such cases is very small, there is no clear standard treatment plan for the treatment of giant bulbourethral diverticular calculi (stone diameter greater than 4.0 cm). The treatment plan we give is transperineal incision of urethral diverticular incision, urethral diverticular resection and urethroplasty.
