Body Roundness Index (BRI) is a better predictor of electrical cardioversion (ECV) failure than Body Mass Index (BMI) in patients with atrial fibrillation. Higher BRI values indicate a greater risk of ECV failure.

- A BRI cutoff of 4.94 demonstrated high sensitivity (93.8%) and specificity (89.5%) for predicting ECV failure.
