Chronotype and bedtime procrastination: The role of problematic generative artificial intelligence use and gender

Morningness, or preference for waking early, is linked to less bedtime procrastination. Problematic generative artificial intelligence use (PGAIU) is associated with bedtime procrastination, especially in women, but not linked to morningness in men.
