Arterial Spin Labeled Magnetic Resonance Imaging (ASL-MRI) effectively measures cerebral blood flow (CBF) changes after lumbar puncture in normal-pressure hydrocephalus (NPH) diagnosis. This non-invasive technique simplifies NPH assessment by showing improved CBF post-CSF drainage.
