Full Stokes polarization detection is indispensable for the advancement of multidimensional optoelectronic systems; however, conventional polarimeters are often limited by architectural complexity and parasitic optical losses stemming from bulky, multicomponent configurations. Herein, we report a filter-less, full-Stokes ultraviolet (UV) polarimeter based on wide-bandgap chiral two-dimensional (2D) perovskites, (R)/(S)-F-MBA2Pb1-xSnxCl4 (F-MBA = 4-fluoro-α-methylbenzylammonium). Structural analysis reveals that the synergistic interaction between chiral organic cations and the Sn-Pb alloyed inorganic frameworks amplifies crystalline symmetry breaking within the 2D lattice. This reconfiguration facilitates efficient chirality transfer to the inorganic sublattices, thereby enabling strongly spin-dependent vertical charge transport with a remarkably high photocurrent dissymmetry factor of 0.37 ± 0.027. By integrating periodic gratings directly into the device architecture, we demonstrate the simultaneous determination of the complete Stokes vector. This work represents the inaugural demonstration of a filter-less UV full-Stokes polarimeter with high fidelity (Stokes parameter errors: ΔS1 = 7.1%, ΔS2 = 6.9%, and ΔS3 = 4.9%), providing a generalizable molecular-engineering strategy for next-generation integrated chiroptoelectronic applications.
