Abstract:
Endoscopic CO2 laser diverticulectomy is an effective treatment for Zenker's diverticulum. This article details our technique for complete endoscopic diverticulectomy, which has demonstrated lower recurrence rates than other endoscopic approaches in our institutional experience. Operative illustrations, endoscopic photographs, and supplemental video are provided to facilitate adoption of the technique.
