Hypoxic burden (HB) is more strongly linked to blood pressure (BP) rhythm disturbances in obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) than traditional measures. This finding suggests HB may help identify high-risk OSA patients for early intervention and predict cardiovascular outcomes.
