Purpose of the Study:

  • To develop and evaluate Miri-Alimi, a platform for collecting PGHD via mobile social networking previsit questionnaires.
  • To assess patient participation, EMR documentation quality, and user satisfaction in a cardiology outpatient setting.

  • A single-center observational study of 751 cardiology outpatients (new and heart failure follow-up).
  • Patients received previsit electronic questionnaires via mobile messaging.
