Summary

Herpes zoster pseudoabdominal hernia (HZV-PAH) is a rare neurogenic complication of varicella-zoster virus (VZV) infection, causing abdominal wall bulging due to nerve dysfunction, not a true hernia. Early diagnosis is crucial to prevent misdiagnosis and unnecessary surgery.
