Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) shows promise in predicting pathological complete response (pCR) after neoadjuvant systemic therapy (NST) for breast cancer. Combining MRI with vacuum-assisted core biopsy (VACB) may help identify patients who can avoid surgery.
