  • Longitudinal assessment of occlusal outcomes using the Peer Assessment Rating (PAR) Index at baseline, post-treatment, and follow-up.
  • Cephalometric analysis of a subsample to evaluate mixed dentition complexity using an adapted framework.
  • Main Results:

    • Median PAR scores significantly decreased from baseline to post-treatment and were maintained at follow-up.
    • Global complexity reduction averaged 79.49% in the cephalometric subsample.
    • High correction rates (>85%) were observed for dentoalveolar objectives, posterior crossbite, and open bite.

    Conclusions:

    • Invisalign® First demonstrated longitudinal reductions in occlusal complexity and high dentoalveolar correction rates.
    • Occlusal outcomes were maintained during the follow-up period as patients transitioned dentition.
    • Findings provide descriptive longitudinal observations in a non-controlled design.
