Dental professionals implementing implant workflows for fabricating implant-supported restorations must record all the scans needed to design an implant-supported prosthesis and understand the registration procedures to integrate these scans. This manuscript describes an implant workflow in which extraoral photogrammetry and the reverse scanning method were combined to fabricate a maxillary and mandibular complete arch implant-supported prostheses. Implant scanning workflows vary depending on the scanning technique used to capture implant positions; therefore, the steps and reference landmarks for acquiring patient information need to be understood to maximize the efficiency and successful implementation of these technologies.
