Abstract:
Thirteen ingenane-type (1-13), four jatrophane-type (14-17), and one nor-abietane-type diterpenoids (18), together with three tirucallane-type (19-21), two lanostane-type (22 and 23), and one lupane-type triterpenoids (24), were isolated from the roots of Euphorbia kansui. Among them, compound 19, named sclerodol C, was a new compound. Their structures were determined by analysis of HRESIMS and NMR spectral data. Compounds 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 10, 19, 20, 21, and 22 exhibited significant NO inhibitory activity in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 cells. Furthermore, molecular docking indicated that compounds 19 and 22 had a favourable binding affinity for NLRP3, iNOS, Akt, and NF-κB.
