GenomoBase: A comprehensive resource for the family Genomoviridae

GenomoBase is a new resource for fungal, plant, and animal viruses called genomoviruses. It integrates genomic, ecological, and bibliographic data, aiding virus discovery and analysis in public metagenomes.
