WNT1-inducible signaling pathway protein 3 (WISP-3) promotes lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) metastasis by activating Src/FAK signaling, suppressing microRNA-5004-5p (miR-5004-5p), and increasing matrix metalloproteinase-12 (MMP-12). This pathway offers a potential therapeutic target for LUAD.
