Smaller optic discs correlate with higher macular flow density (FD) in both superficial and deep capillary plexuses, according to optical coherence tomography angiography (OCT-A) data. Foveal avascular zone (FAZ) parameters were not significantly associated with optic disc size.

  • FD and FAZ parameters were compared among three optic disc size groups.
