Abstract:
Plant-derived products are rich in a variety of flavonol derivative (Flav), of which the types and contents are closely related to its origin. This work amplified the Flav content differences between different origins of plant-derived products by MPA@CuNPs@Eu3+-CTC nano-sensing system. In the presence of Flav, fluorescence intensity of MPA@CuNPs is restored. Meanwhile, Flav hinders the "antenna effect" process between Eu3+ and CTC, reducing the fluorescence intensity of Eu3+ and thus forming a ratio fluorescence sensor. Ultimately, in the presence of Flav of different concentrations, rich color changes are presented. Furthermore, by analyzing the RGB data through Random Forest, the classification accuracy rate of Chrysanthemi Flos (CF) from different origins achieved 100 %. Moreover, the regression coefficients of content prediction results ranged from 0.87 to 0.98 (RMSE < 0.13). This strategy provides a new approach for on-site immediate origin traceability and quality monitoring of high-value plant-based products rich in flavonol.
