Summary

This study combined matrix-induced autologous chondrocyte implantation (MACI), osteochondral allograft (OCA), and tibial tubercle osteotomy (TTO) to treat bipolar patellofemoral chondral defects. The triple-modality approach successfully restored cartilage and improved function in a young, active patient.
