This study enhances Faster Region-based Convolutional Neural Network (Faster R-CNN) for wound detection (WD-IFRCNN) using attention mechanisms and improved post-processing. The WD-IFRCNN model significantly increases the accuracy and stability of detecting wounds in complex scenarios.
