Summary

Optical coherence tomography (OCT) reveals that cystoid macular edema and ellipsoid zone loss are key indicators of poor vision in patients with leukemic retinopathy. These OCT biomarkers predict visual outcomes regardless of leukemia type or infiltrate characteristics.
