We describe the first case of wrist septic arthritis caused by Spiroplasma turonicum in an immunocompromised French patient. The diagnosis required molecular analysis, and whole-genome sequencing confirmed the species. This case highlights the diagnostic challenges posed by unusual Mollicutes in immunosuppressed patients.
