[Irreparable massive rotator cuff tears: current treatment status and prospects in reconstruction]

Irreparable massive rotator cuff tears represent a highly challenging clinical problem in shoulder sports medicine, and their surgery strategy remains a major focus and persistent challenge in the field. In recent years, with the deepening of basic research and the accumulation of clinical experience, notable progress has been made in fundamental theories, surgical techniques, and graft selection for reconstructive treatment.
